To and from the Antipodes: Catholic missionaries over two centuries.
The Society will be holding a conference on Saturday 24 September 2016 at the North Sydney Campus of the Australian Catholic University, with a welcome reception on the evening of Friday 23 September from 6.00pm to 7.30pm at St John’s College within the grounds of the University of Sydney. The reception will include a tour of the chapel and a short talk on the history of the college. Conference participants are asked to indicate if they will attend the reception (for catering purposes).

His presentation “Mission: from Bringing to Discovering the Light. A Personal Journey” is based on more than 30 years’ experience in Papua New Guinea.
Thanks to a generous donation there will be a prize of $500 for a meritorious paper by a current Higher Degree Research student.
All participants, including presenters, are required to register using the conference registration form accompanied by the conference fee. A receipt for payment will be mailed along with transport options and parking details. Registrations will be received up to Wed 31 August.
